Alpenglow Consensus Protocol: Reference Implementation Released

Anza Technology has released a reference implementation of the Alpenglow consensus protocol. This includes a local cluster example runnable with 6 nodes communicating via UDP. A simulations binary provides various tests of Alpenglow's resilience and bandwidth requirements; a public ping dataset is needed for some simulations.
