Building Internet Resilience Clubs to Prepare for Catastrophic Outages

War, geopolitics, and climate change are increasing the frequency and severity of internet disruptions in Europe. Valerie Aurora proposes forming "Internet Resiliency Clubs" as a grassroots solution. These volunteer groups utilize inexpensive LoRa radios and open-source Meshtastic software to establish localized communication networks independent of centralized infrastructure.
