TSMC to Build Four New 1.4nm Fab Plants in Taiwan

TSMC plans to commence construction of four new 1.4-nanometer wafer fabrication plants (Fab 25) in Central Taiwan Science Park later this year, aiming for 2-nanometer chip mass production by late 2028.
