Inspired by Ben Eater's 'world's worst video card', Leoneq built something even... worse? This text-mode graphics card, boasting a VGA resolution of 800x600@60Hz (accessible 400x300), uses only TTL gates and a surprisingly low 21 IC count. Featuring support for Latin, Polish, and even the Standard Galactic Alphabet, the card leverages EPROMs and SRAM for character storage. While plagued by glitches, noise sensitivity, and a generally unimpressive image, this project is a testament to resourcefulness and a humorous take on hardware limitations.
