CA AG Sues OMB to Block $3 Trillion Federal Funding Freeze

California Attorney General Rob Bonta, along with 22 other state attorneys general, filed a lawsuit against the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to block a directive that would freeze up to $3 trillion in federal funding.
