Jellyfin is a self-hosted media server, giving me access to my music library anytime, anywhere, without relying on streaming services. While it requires some technical setup, it's surprisingly easy, even on an older computer. Combined with mobile apps, offline listening is a breeze. This not only gave me digital autonomy but also opened the door to self-hosting other apps like Immich for photo management.
