Rubin Observatory's First Images Reveal a Universe of Treasures

The Vera C. Rubin Observatory has released its first images, showcasing a breathtaking view of the cosmos. The images, focused on the southern region of the Virgo Cluster, 55 million light-years away, reveal a stunning array of objects: from blue to red stars, nearby blue spiral galaxies, and distant red galaxy groups.
