DIRKU: A Flow-Based Image Registration Library

DIRKU is a software library for flow-based image registration developed at the Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen. It supports various similarity measures (NMI, NCC, SSD), regularization methods, and collision detection, making it suitable for handling large deformations and diffeomorphisms.
